Service :Le personnel Ć©tait courtois et professionnel. Rien Ć  redire sur lā€™accueil ou la disponibilitĆ© du staff : le service Ć©tait correct et fonctionnel. PropretĆ© :Les lieux Ć©taient bien entretenus. Les chambres et les parties communes Ć©taient propres, ce qui contribue Ć  une expĆ©rience agrĆ©able malgrĆ© certaines limites. Confort :Cā€™est lĆ  que le bĆ¢t blesse. Le confort est minimal : Pas de climatisation, ce qui peut rendre le sĆ©jour difficile selon la saison. Le mobilier et lā€™environnement de la chambre semblent figĆ©s dans les annĆ©es 1980, sans rĆ©novation apparente. Les prises Ć©lectriques sont anciennes, peu nombreuses et peu adaptĆ©es aux besoins actuels.

Hemos estado una noche y lo que mĆ”s destaco es la amabilidad del personal. L@s recepcionistas son encantadores. Dormimos en una habitaciĆ³n de tres y estĆ” bastante bien,por ponerle un pero , hacia y dĆ­a de perros, aire lluvia y mucho frĆ­o, la habitaciĆ³n es grande y el radiador no calentaba demasiado, pero tiene mantas y almohadas a mayores en el armario, asĆ­ que problema resuelto. VolverĆ­amos sin duda.

Alojamiento enfocafo a grupos. Muy bƔsico.

Da la sensaciĆ³n de alojamiento enfocafo a Grupos de jubilados. Low cost... pero no en el precio si no vas en un grupo Excepto el personal de recepciĆ³n que son excelentes, amables y atentas, pero el restaurante prĆ”cticamente inexistente, si hay un grupo puedes cenar, si no nada o cafeterĆ­a. Horario muy restringido en la cena; de 21 a 22h. Pero si llegas a 21:50 te ganas malas caras. Camareras restaurante, yo las notĆ© estresadas (todas) con poca empatia y amabilidad (un turno solo). Si las normas y condiciones se avisan en la web a la hora de reservar (cafeteria si, y restaurante pues dependerĆ” disponibilidad, por ejemplo. Fin ) y se evitarĆ­an confusiones y discusiones con las camareras, que obviamente no tienen la culpa de que gerencia establezca unas normas draconianes para quien no va en un grupo. Trato del gerente correcto con disculpas en lo que correspondĆ­a. Estado cuarto baƱo... mejorable (no habĆ­a tapĆ³n baƱera y pitorro cambiador ducha / grifo roto...) y se supone que el personal de limpieza lo debe usar cada dĆ­a... con lo que no se entiende mucho el desconocimiento. Los/las que viajamos habitualmente, buscamos que los hoteles sean nuestra segunda casa, una de las claves es la amabilidad y empatĆ­a... como el personal de recepciĆ³n. Una disculpa a tiempo siempre es mĆ”s efectiva que andar discutiendo con el cliente o defender lo indefendible. Espero que mejoren ya que Hotel estĆ” muy bien ubicado y zona con mucha restauraciĆ³n y servicios. Aparcamiento complicado

Sobre todo, hace falta poner aire acondicionado o al menos un ventilador. Tuvimos que dormir todos los dĆ­as con la ventana abierta por el calor que hacĆ­a y se oĆ­a muchĆ­simo ruido de la calle a altas horas de la madrugada.

Hotel en el centro de Eibar, las obras y el tren hacen complicado el descanso. El desayuno cierra a las 9, bajƩ a las 9:15 y no me querƭan dar de desayunar. Nunca he visto un desayuno que cierre tan pronto. La gente amable, el hotel limpio y el sitio bien
