"We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. "Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "
