Villa with Hotel Services and Heated Pool Between Golf and Ocean – Moliets, 10 Guests

Nestled in a private 7-hectare estate next to Moliets golf course and just 800 m from the beach, this 170 m² architect-designed wooden villa offers comfort, tranquility, and nature. Surrounded by a 1,000 m² garden bordering a private 3,000 m² woodland, it guarantees a relaxing yet active holiday.



The villa is spread over a garden level and mezzanine, filled with natural light thanks to large bay windows. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite with views of the pine forest and golf course. The spacious 70 m² living area opens directly onto the pool and forest, facing south with no overlooking neighbors. A dedicated workspace is set up on the mezzanine with a desk and dual HD monitors. The villa is fully equipped for 10 guests, including a 65" 4K TV, B&W HIFI system with HD streamer, American fridge, and a wide range of appliances.



Outside, enjoy a 180 m² panoramic terrace, dining area under a pergola with barbecue and plancha. The large heated 12-meter pool faces south, features a submerged safety cover for children, cleaning robot, and outdoor shower.



Activities within walking or cycling distance: vast tranquil beach with lifeguards, surfing, golf (200 m), tennis (17 courts at 800 m), treetop adventure park, and bike paths. Bicycles are provided.



Included services: personalized welcome, 24/7 assistance, linen provided (beds made, towels, bathrobes), regular cleaning, pool maintenance. Optional à la carte services available for an extra fee, including breakfast, additional cleaning and linen, private chef, massages, beautician, station/airport shuttle, and activity organization.

Wonderful villa at a wonderful place!

Pros: Pascal was a great host during our stay in Moliets who helped us with arranging surf lessons at the nearby beach. The villa was wonderful and provided all we needed during our stay. We loved it and would definitely return.
