"I loved my stay at this hotel from the moment I checked-in. Consistently friendly and welcoming staff in all capacities. Great property and breakfast. Location is ideal for exploring the various areas of Stockholm. Rooftop is a beautiful space to end one’s day with a great view and beverage. Highly recommended. Particular shout-out to Flo, who was remarkable in her friendliness, willingness to assist and flexibility, especially when my travel plans changed unexpectedly. Thank you!"

"Nice place. But ‘water view’ isn’t really… and the spa is not included. Stuff in the room (like hair dryer) didn’t work. Plus not much around. Finally, turned up with a conference on and was literally all over the entrance. Meaning we couldn’t use the restaurant etc. kinda weird.
But great for the Gerry and the staff were mostly very good and the restaurant was great."

"Breakfast was fresh and there were a lot of choices, but I did not find porridge. Also, coming to breakfast after 10 am, it was really hard to find place where to sit.

"Most of the staff at backstage were very helpful, although it was soured slightly by an evening meal we had there one night. The food was good but expensive. The discount for hotel guests was not applied and we were not allowed to book the costs to our room. I enquired about this at the front desk the day after and is was told they couldn't help. I wouldn't eat there again.
I also asked to borrow a plate to take to our room and I clearly wasn't trusted enough for this and they said they couldn't, but gave me cardboard lid from some kind of food container. Anywhere else would have just given my a plate.
On a positive note, the bicycles by the door are free to use for guests, you just need to book them out.
Spent a fortune staying here for about a week, so really expected better service."
