"Wow! What a beautifully maintained resort with lots of kid-friendly activities. Loved that we were the only non-Swedes visiting! The candy store was super cute. And the entire grounds immaculate. Our kids LOVED the ropes course. Staff were amazingly helpful in navigating ferry schedules and arranging transportation. When our sauna was a few minutes late for our reservation, they comped us the entire fee! The front desk also let us check out late once we confirmed an afternoon ferry ride to our next destination! Food on site was also amazing! Best Swedish meatballs & Skagen toast on our whole trip. There’s also a kids buffet at the dinner."

"Great location for shopping and eating. Actual hotel is pretty however halls are dark which they should update and brighten halls.. also the walk to elevators can be a bit confusing and the stairs make it difficult to travel with multiple suitcases. Bar and other amenities close early and you are not allowed to hang out in hotel lobby after midnight which forced you to go to your room as security would approach you and remind you to leave space. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room 2 days in a row which led us to call front desk multiple times for clean towels and toiletries. Staff is not helpful after check in. You felt like you were bothering them each time you approached them."

"Hotel was in a great location and could walk anywhere you needed. Stores, restaurants and bars nearby. Close to public transportation. The hotel has a fun vibe and unique rooms. The rooms are on the smaller side but very clean, comfortable and good amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many options. Also offers a great view of the city from above."

"Lovely historic property. Room was comfortable and clean. Views from the breakfast room were incredible. The staff were nice, but not able to resolve issue with television not working at all. (It was rainy when we were there so would have liked it during down time.) Nice spread at buffet."
