"Trevlig personal. Stimmigt receptionsområde. Bra restaurang men rummet var trist - beige så att säga. Funktionsanpassat men luktade mediciner och hade inget inbjudande i varken färg, konst eller dekoration. Kändes mer som ett vandrarhem än ett hotell."

"The hotel was in a great location for us by the Marina, but it was very tired. Our room was a family room on the top floor and it was very basic, quite hostel-like and unloved, but the bed was comfortable. Views from the breakfast room windows were lovely, but the breakfast itself was quite disappointing. ..."

"Lovely location but let down by service level. Stay there every year, but this year there was a noticeable lack of attention by the staff. Few smiles, long waiting times to be served and an apparent lack of customer attention. Not as it used to be which is a great shame."
