"On arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful executive suite with access to the executive lounge. The suite was stunning and gave us plenty of space and comfort. Upon visiting the executive lounge, we were greeted by Naseem who waited on us for the next 2 nights. He was very friendly and accommodating and definitely made our stay at the hotel more comfortable. The breakfasts at the hotel were amazing - loads of choice and well presented. "

"Wonderful hotel, we loved our junior suite room with one bedroom, a kitchenette and a large balcony. We were on a busy street and there could be a little noisy sometimes from cars and trams but it didn’t bother us. Convenient transportation close to the hotel, stores and a great park with multiple playgrounds for kids. Breakfast was good, though some items once gone were never refilled (for instance both days cheese plates were empty and never refilled.
