"The room was great with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom as well as a living room. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work and when I tried to bring up this concern, I was disregarded and told that this had not been an issue for any of the other customers, therefore, a solution was not found. Otherwise, the location was ideal and felt very safe, there was always someone at the door to help me call Taxi or let me in and out of the building"

"We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure."

"Called the local host when we arrived in the area, she was not interested in helping us, she said that she was not feeling well and gave us a number to call in France. When we called the number in France, a man answered and he quickly realised that he double booked the property - even though we booked and paid in full for the booking more than 2 months in advance! "No towels, no toilet paper, no air conditioner, no soap (found a small piece of used soap). kitchen gas only lasted in several minutes. Oven and Microwave work normally. Found hairs and dusty on beds, seems the beddings didn't change for every booking. We called the phone listed on hotel.com, only got “no speaking English”. "The apartment was very nice. Our host, Abdeslam was terrific! He was so kind and helpful. He had good suggestions of things to see and do. We were unaware of Ramadan and that so many places would be closed until late evening (7pm), especially markets, bakeries and restaurants.
