Nice, clean and value for money. Staff are friendly and with good service. The rooms are well equipped and with complete utilities. The only cons are the center kitchen without power station to plug the water kettle and coffee machine.

Love the concept of Stayhere CIL! Really friendly staff and very welcoming. The apartment was clean , modern and comfortable. Excellent for families or if you travelling solo. Quiet neighbourhood but not too far from public transport. There is a supermarket accross the road which is really handy. Shopping centre and plenty of cafés nearby and the beach is about 2 miles away. Can't go wrong with the price either.

We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Stayhere SIL location in Casablanca. The hotel was beautiful- well decorated, colourful, clean, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and we felt right at home. What really made our experience stand out was the incredible staff. They went out of their way to make our stay so pleasant. I’m particular the gentleman who saw my husband and I sitting on the terrace one morning and he came and brought us breakfast and went and made us coffees and brought them all the way up to the rooftop for us to enjoy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you again!!

Lift did not work. Staff charged MAD 40 as City Tax. But according to Expedia, City Tax was MAD 6 only. This is cheating. Poor environment. Regret so much to have booked.

This apartment makes great use of space. Cozy and functional. Nicely furnished with bright colors. The bed is firmer than i'm accustomed to, but is sufficient. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. There's a lot of development going on in the area, so day time will have some noise. Night time is quiet and 24 hours security is reassuring. Two or three blocks away is a cobble stone area with fine dining if desired. One block away is a large brightly lit grocery store. That's very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Stay away, they charge top dollar for small, dirty apartments. Don't trust the pictures because the condition of the apartments is not the same as when they first started. I don't recommend them, you can find better options.

What’s advertised vs what is given is severely off, on our booking it is listed as 2 beds a Queen and King, they fail to mention that it is actually just a Queen and then sofa bed. This I decided to chalk up to language barrier, but then my pillow had black marks on it and the sheet had a stain right in the middle…. Then they only gave us one towel for the two of us and when I went to ask for more the man working asked me how many towels I had, as if I was trying to run off with them or something—if a guest is asking for something it’s because they don’t have it…. Also don’t get me started on the condition of the bathroom sink but alas One good thing is that there’s a great grocery store next door so we drowned our sorrows with Magnum Ice Creams hahahaha I really wanted to like this place, but honestly pay the extra couple hundred somewhere else and actually enjoy your stay :( Buyer Beware!

The check in time is quite late, can only check in on 3PM. House is big but the living room is very small, can only fit in one bed. Not very comfortable staying in the living room. Also the mattress is not very comfortable. The breakfast is just giving us one small bag with a bread, a yogurt and some snacks. We didn’t eat. They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them.

Winner Winner!!

We didn't venture out to anything nearby after our whirlwind trip, but I can tell you, this place is chic, very comfortable and maybe less than a block away from a big grocery store and WE LOVED IT! The service is above and beyond. It was kinda hard to find, but look for the bank/post office on the left and the entrance to this place is right across the street. BEWARE: They will make u sign a lease that's in French. A language I'm not too familiar with & that scared me, but since we didn't wreck the place, it hasn't come back to bite me-yet. You can have food delivered to you, take in sunsets on the very comfy terrasse with mocktails (no alcohol served). I wish they would have a QR code to work the all in one washer/dryer (YouTube didn't help) and the cook top. I felt like a moron.Oh and they have an elevator, which we were excited to use after climbing so many hills and steps across Morocco. This place is also nice and quiet and the AC works like a champ. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble. J’ai aimé l’emplacement, la propreté de ma chambre. Le personnel est vraiment super. 2 bémols ;1) Pour le manque d’intimité car étant logée au premier étage, obligée de tirer les rideaux en permanence car avec des baies vitrées du sol au plafond 2) manque d’équipement en ustensiles de cuisine. Malgré cela je n’hésiterais pas à revenir
