The property was in the medina. It was brightly painted and the man at reception was helpful. There were 3 beds of varying sizes in our room. It also had a huge balcony to enjoy the evening. The shower was remarkable. Internet worked well. We arrived early evening and left for dinner. It was the only time in our trip we felt unsafe. One man was harrassing us, thankfully locals intervened, allowing us to escape. The hotel was well lit. Breakfast had both omlets and gard boiled eggs, fresh OJ, tea and coffee, as well as pastries.

Checked into my room early, which was great but the room had a horrible smell. My husband and I cleaned the room again with products we bought from the store And couldn't get rid of the horrible smell mention it to the front desk and they said they would see what they could do which was nothing

Property is going through some upgrades. Not a bad place to stay for the price. The breakfast is very basic but not bad. I did see ants crawling on a table one morning which turned me off from eating there again.

It was an all around good experience. They lived up to the standard minus one thing. In the list of things available at this hotel it said laundry. The front desk said yes you can do laundry but outside. Meaning go find a business to do it in outside the hotel. No biggie, I still enjoyed my stay.

The quality you get For $20-$40/night I don’t think there is anything to complain about. It is on the older side but still nice. Simple breakfast (boiled egg, croissant, Moroccan flat bread, cream cheese and butter. Choice of the, coffee and milk), room are cleaned daily or upon request. Walkable to many touristic sites, plenty of restaurants around ($3-$10/meals). If you are on budget, this is definitely a good spot.

The hotel was good for us as it was walking distance to tourist sights like the mosque and souk. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. Our room was a good size. Our king bed was very really firm. Our only issue was that the bathroom had a step in bath/shower that was built up and was a real challenge to climb into even though I am fit and able. A hand rail would have been helped. This was probably why the bath wasn't clean.
