"I have been staying at Cattleman since more than a year now atleast once a month…generally it is good in most of the aspect for Internet…I been to most of the blocks of this large property but internet is always a challenge….some area of improvement on this and Yes cattleman restaurant Oyesters are delicious and one wouldn’t find such Oyesters in this area."

"The room was clean & a good size. Only ordered breakfast once & it was 1 hour late & missing some items. No butter for toast, not enough milk for 2 cereals. Maybe we were supposed to supply our own. Other visitors to the motel were very noisy - banging doors & the room above us sounded like had elephants in it"

"The host and management team were very responsive. The house was clean and tidy and is fantastic for large groups - we had a great time. The large entertaining area was lovely and relaxing - with a great view over the neighboring crops and sunrises through the gums in the morning. Highly recommend this property."

"I understand things happen. But room was cancelled at very late notice which caused huge inconvenience. But what followed made me feel like I was being scammed not cancelling through the original channel. Asking for bank details to make a deposit had to follow up for days. Horrible service, horrible communication."

"The paint is peeling in the actual bath/ shower. It is very old and mouldy. It smells. The linen doesn’t smell fresh, the carpet in the bedroom is stained. There is only a trickle of water coming out of the bathroom tap and none from the laundry tap. The bathroom window won’t stay up and parts of the sill are falling away. The kitchen is very old and the cupboards dirty looking. There is no grout behind the kitchen sink and it’s mouldy. The blinds are bent. The yard is overgrown with dead trees falling on the fence. There is a large shrub obscuring half the path to the front door. The property was very overpriced and the bathroom is not fit for human habitation. We have been attending a major sporting function in Dubbo and know that others have not paid anywhere near that amount for modern and respectable accommodation. We have shown the photos to many people and they have all been horrified! We have been in communication with various members of your team but so far no one has been able to resolve the issue. "
