"We had a great stay here. The location is close to everything and the staff was amazing."

"Helpful staff to foreign travelers. Location wise it’s a short walk to the train station and there’s a good selection of restaurants right outside for quick snack."

"A great place to stay. Clean and well maintained. Staff are very polite and helpful."

"Breakfast was great. Location was fantastic. Friendly staff and clean rooms. This would be my go to in Shanghai."

"Luxury at it's finest, clean and beautifully appointed guest rooms, first-class amenities, spectacular views, amazing buffet breakfast, centrally located and easily accessible by all modes of transportation. World-renowned hotel with friendly and welcoming staff who make your stay as pleasant as possible."

"Truly unique design and the location is unbeatable. Staff were awesome and so helpful. The AC worked great in October (other reviews noted they had problems, mine was fine but maybe a little noisy). Main thing I disliked was the lack of a fridge or any snacks or beverages beyond two small water bottles. Still, I’d stay here again."

"Breakfast was most enjoyable. Different hot dishes everyday and lots of choices. We also went there for dinner one night and not only food was delicious, prices were amazing as well."

"The gym was very underwhelming', they could have some tissue or put some towels out, as not everyone knows how to turn on the fan. In terms of the room, it was great sized and had everything that you needed. The location of the hotel was amazing however the hotel isn't super obvious that its a hotel, thus it makes it hard for taxi drivers to know where to pick you up"

"It was an excellent stay here - I would highly recommend!"

"They have excellent service; they're always very friendly and helpful, even when they don't speak English (though some of them do). The gym is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The facilities are brand new, comfortable, and attractive, and the service is top-notch. The food is also delicious and offers a wide variety."

"The hotel was fantastic! Rooms are clean and less than 5 min walk to metro. Staff was very friendly and the 2pm late checkout was much appreciated!"
