"People can make a place, the hotel owners make this place what it is.
They made us feel extremely welcomed, and the story of the hotel became part of our adventure.
Thank you for the stay. "
"Sean is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting him. The breakfasts were wonderful and very filling. It is a perfect spot to visit Betws-Y-Coed and the Snowdonia region. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone.

"We only stayed for one night as a family of 6. Mick was there to welcome us as we arrived. Our suite was lovely clean and looked cosy. The rooms had lovely views across the river. There is a lot of noise from the river which is slightly lessoned by shutting the windows, but i found it soothing and its easy to tune out. There was complimentary fruit and sweets wating for us, which thrilled the kids. There were clear instructions on how to use everything. There is intersting pictures and art around the building and there is a folder showing all the removations done on the property. Breakfast was satisfying and more than enough with Mick and Carrie on hand to make things as smooth as possible. They were also very helpful with advice about food places and ppaces to visit. Overall it was an excellent stay. I only wished we stayed longer. The only suggestion i have for mick and carrie would be to make the double bed have the attached ensuite rather than the twin beds. There is also a resident dog and cat
