"Our room was very well decorated and very smart . The colour theme of black and white was modern and spotlessly clean. We liked the modern bathroom and spacious shower, also very clean and looking very new. The bed was comfortable and the view across the valley was pleasant. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had a good choice and was well cooked.We would have preferred to have been served our coffees / teas rather than use the help yourself facilities which were a little awkward. It was in a good situation being near the centre of Betwys for walking to eateries/ shops."

"Definitely recommended! The (Robinson) room was spacious with very comfortable chairs for watching a good sized tv with digital channels, excellent wifi, plenty of drawers and wardrobe space, gorgeous bed linen and an extremely comfortable super king bed. The room was extremely well equipped with everything you could ever need - iron and ironing board, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, coffee, tea, water, proper wine glasses and tumblers, corkscrew etc etc. The list goes on! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with the tables set beautifully. Lovely gardens, plenty of outside seating, parking and surrounded by trees. There was also the bonus of being able to walk into Betws-Y-Coed for our evening meal (about 1.5 miles). We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10"

"Spent a one night stay in a family with my two 14 year olds. Check in was a bit slow, waiting in the bar area for around 10-15 minutes early evening, before a staff member could see to us. Our room was in a separate building and was newly refurbished. It was spacious with a large bed and sturdy bunks, all important WiFi for the kids! Decoration was cosy and comfortable. Tea making facilities were welcomed. Had a quiet nights rest. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant. We were served quickly and the food was delicious- steaks & burgers being ordered. Good size portions, Table’s weren’t cleared anywhere without asking and we could sense frustration of some guests but we weren’t too bothered. We finished off with a ‘brick’ of sticky toffee pudding. We all rolled to bed stuffed! The outside areas of the hotel were pleasant, lots of seating, pretty flowers, twinkly lights. We didn’t bring our dog but it looked like they’d be well catered for. Breakfast was pleasant with lots to choose from and again delicious. The morning staff were super helpful and friendly. We took the opportunity to visit Swallow Falls being right opposite. Spent about half an hour there taking some pictures. All in all, good location for the town and visiting Snowdonia. An enjoyable brief stay. Would certainly book again."

"A clean and cosy, very well located property on the outskirts of Betws-y-Coed. The property has good parking and is less than 10 mins walk to the middle of town. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable, with a desk, chair and mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and functional. It was also surprisingly quiet given the location. Lee and her daughter were superb hosts, serving a lovely hot breakfast each morning (you need to fill out a menu card the day before) with the option of extra cereals, bread, jams, etc. A great few nights, will be out first choice when next in the area."
