They were very flexible on check-in time and very helpful. The room was lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable & pillows too.
The pool was not open for a swim (September) at this time of year which was disappointing. But we were told this when we were booking. It would have been great to use the pool. But apart from that everything was wonderful

As a visitor to Morwell attending a two day seminar at the Latrobe Regional Gallery my first priority was to find a place to stay within walking distance to the Gallery. Friendly welcome on arrival and shown to room, heater was on which was lovely arriving late afternoon on a cold day. I loved the many plants around the property and that the garden was being very well looked after. They take pride in their property. They were very friendly people and Winston (the gorgeous border collie) finally took to me after a shaky start. The motel is set off the road and very quiet. Mal the owner is very pleasant and obviously enjoys running his motel. Thanks for restful few days.
