"The room was spacious and comfortable, though the décor and hotel is a bit outdated. The breakfast was amazing — delicious food with lots of options which we enjoyed with luscious views of the beautiful national park. However, we received an email before check-in informing us that we were not allowed to use the public bath on the property, which was disappointing since it was one of the features we had looked forward to. Overall, a pleasant stay but with some missed expectations."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not like that people would use the shower then exit but leave the lights on and the door closed. I waited to shower for one hour before realizing nobody was in there. Maybe have a sign that indicates to keep the door open to ventilate after showering and to also show that the shower is unoccupied. "
