"My stay at the Grand Hyatt was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was exceptional, the staff were professional, and always attentive, and the room was beautifully designed. Every detail reflected luxury and comfort, making the experience truly memorable. Plus the food at Collins kitchen was delicious including the breakfast. Overall this hotel matches a modern 5 star experience with excellent service and comfort, and high quality dining."

"We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze, with Liam being so friendly and helpful, not to mention the fact that we had been upgraded! The room was gorgeous and we made good use of the bathtub. The only blemish on our stay was the fact that the Chromecast didn’t work, however that wasn’t enough to ruin the trip (by a long way). Will return!"

"For the rate, this was a very good setup. Room size, amenities, cleanliness, bathroom were all good. Rooms were quiet (great for jet lagged patrons). Daily brunch was a good bargain - upscale/earthy continental plus pick a main and side from hot menu). Location to markets, shopping, and Chinatown without being IN them, was super. Staff were kind and helpful. Also great about holding luggage after checkout when we had a 2 hour layover between venues. Minor drawback - no pool or gym."

"Limited dining choices. Staff was helpful When we checked in, which was late the guy did not give us credit for our breakfast, which was paid for, however we were able to get this corrected the next day with the manager. Public transportation is easily accessible around the hotel "
