"When i reached roon window was open and room was chilled like outside. Heater is not working. I am still waiting for $100 which hotel toom as security"

"Shuttle service was excellent, just call at the arrivals and remember they are 15 to 20 mins away. Because of our late arrival hour the bar was not open but the adjoining restaurant (Denny's) was more then happy to serve us. Our room had been up grade, nice surprise, again remember it not a new Hotel....very clean and has been well maintained. The Staff efficient, very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend, more then 6 visits, and planning more in the future. Big thank you to the Staff. "

"Our room was clean and bedsheets were better quality than expected. The real stand out for me is the front desk worker. I didn’t realize until we had checked in that there is no elevator and we were booked into a room on the second floor. I have some disabilities and because of this my husband has to lug all our luggage for us. When I went back to front desk and explained my situation the woman representative was more than accommodating, switching us to a room on the 1st floor right by the lobby to reduce my walking. I was so appreciative of the quick and helpful response of that woman. I will never forget the kindness "

"Rooms need upgrading as the grunge and dirt in the showers and around the baseboards is an eyesore. Did not use the laundry or gym. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming."
