"Excellent hotel, we had a wonderful stay there with our family. The staff was fantastic. The kids loved the snacks in the lobby, which were always available. There were also snacks on each floor. The breakfast was fantastic. There were fun activities in the afternoon that you could sign up for as well as walking tours. We also enjoyed the evening cocktail and appetizer. The location is perfect with the river nearby, and lots of fun areas within walking distance, but our room was nice and quiet...

This apartment is incredible, the size is generous - a full kitchen, lots of seating, two bedrooms and two balconies plus a great separate bathroom. The support is amazing - the reception team greet you on arrival, show you how to access the flat. "The staff was wonderful....they even called one morning to check on us because we hadn't come down for our scheduled breakfast time, and they left one table set for us and waited until we came down to eat. The room was a good size compared to other Portugal hotels we stayed in, the location was very convenient to everything, and we had a great view of the Duoro! We would definitely stay there again!"

"If I could give this apartment 10 stars I would. I would stay here every time I come to Lisbon. The location is central to everything, there are so many options to dine, public trams and metro transportation drops you off right in front of the apartment, and great nightlife walking distance. The place was so clean, and is cleaned every other day. It was also huge, with walk out access to the balcony with 2 huge doors.
