"Overall, this hotel is very average. There were a few positive and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. After asking for water and toiletries, they were eventually provided. They let me shower after checkout and stored my bag, which was nice! The room is very average, but there was a gap above the door that didn’t shut all the way which let bugs in at night. "Fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and my room was already cool and comfortable when I arrived. Even though I arrived later than expected, it was no problem at all, the team was very accommodating and kind. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"
