Vert nice place, convenient, and well located

Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Very easy check-in (great directions). Coffee was provided which was a bonus. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if I return to Minneapolis.

Affordable place for concert goers

We stayed here because it was the right price for an overnight stay, so we could go to a concert. We parked onsite and took an uber to the venue. Everything was clean and comfortable- great area and close to the mall.The only small issue was that the towel bar was broken in the bathroom. It didn’t affect anything. We would stay again.

I left after 10 minutes. I did not stay

A stranger was parked in my spot ? He said the owner was in the house. No one answered the door. I accessed the unit. I went to the bathroom and heard someone whistling to find a stranger in my locked unit?He communicated he was about to start painting an interior wall of my rental. Many more details but I was on a business trip with sensitive documents. My space was not secure so I left. I expect a full refund. vrbo please resolve.

It was almost cozy

There are things that were done well and things that did not work out so well at the cozy conifer during our stay. I would say communication with Carsten was on the hole pretty good. He got back to me with The needs I brought forward to him. The conifer was a nice medium sized Space, good for a family. The biggest issues that we had pertained to enough beds for four being advertised, but one of them being a pullout couch And the other being a portable fold up mattress. The main bed was comfy, but we had no extra sheets, pillows, or bedding with which to make up the couch or the fold up bed, there was also a lack of dedicated pillows for my kids than the 2 provided on the main bed. Coffee was supplied, and that was nice, a few packets of sugar/ creamer would’ve been appreciated. Also, throughout our stay cozy conifer was rather uncozy Due to the heat being held at around 66, despite our attempts to raise it. The main door between Carsten‘s house and our basement area was also unlocked the whole time and kind of drifted open, which was a little freaky. On the whole, not terrible, but I probably will not stay there again.
