"Excellent location and good hotel buffet! Will stay here again!"

"Mixed thoughts on our stay. hotel is great and room lovely. Our first night we had a room facing the extremely busy road and we got no sleep. It’s one of the loudest hotel rooms we have stayed in. We were also on floor six and the scraping of chairs on the concrete floor from rooms above was also not great. The staff were great and the following morning moved us to a room on the other side and floor nine - where it was much quieter and we slept well. But have to share this as if you don’t have the luxury of being moved rooms this is not going to be a quiet’s night sleep. "

"The air conditioning worked well and we were glad that the panel included English! It was cold outside so it wouldn't get too cold. I did notice that the water temperature from the shower in the room fluctuated quite a bit. There is a Lawson at the corner and its a pretty straight walk to the Shin Osaka station close to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line."

"This hotel was clean and always staff around to help you. You can tell it is quite new in appearance and the room was spacious. The breakfast also was great and had a variety of foods. Would stay again for sure! "

"It is a beautiful and huge property with all the restaurants and coffees places along with shopping areas walkable distance. Don't forget to get 29th or higher floor rooms. Spectacular views!"

"We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for the first time in Japan. The staff was amazing, the food was great with an amazing breakfast and we picked a larger room, which was great for our family of four. Location is superb. We’ll miss this hotel for sure. "

"Pros: We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was awesome with wide variety of hot and cold stuff. Very close to their metro (underground) system. Cons: They had no coffee powder either in the room nor in their amenities bar. A little bit of a walk from Shin-Osaka station (10 -12 mins). "

"Room was tiny but had everything we would need. Very clean and staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Language was not an issue and the hotel is close to malls and restaurants. Recommended. "
