"There’s good and bad. The good: great location, very walkable to destinations or public transportation. The bad: check in took too long, as no one was at the desk for a solid 15 minutes. Then two other times, the desk was also unmanned. Worst of all, for a 3 night stay, our room was never cleaned. At all. We specifically asked after the first day the room was not cleaned if it would be done that day and they assured us it would be, but it wasn’t. To give credit where it’s due, we were refunded for one night. However, I would’ve rather they kept my money and took out our trash, gave us clean towels, changed the sheets, gave us more toilet paper, etc."

"The doorman was really nice and helpful when we arrived which we appreciated. Unfortunately the check-in experience was not great. My wife checked in with the kids while I parked the car and she was given access to a room that was already occupied, which was a little jarring. On top of that it was not the spacious suite we had originally booked and paid for. The front desk said they “upgraded” us as a result but the room we ended up in seemed to be the room we had expected and paid for in the first place. Once we opened the sofa bed the sheets were not made and did not appear clean. When we requested new sheets something about them seemed to irritate my daughter’s skin and she had a facial allergic reaction shortly after laying on the pillows. The amenities were pretty limited. That said, the hotel is in a great location, the price was reasonable, and it gave us a safe place to sleep. Overall it worked for what we needed, but the room mix-up, cleanliness issue, and reaction to the bedding dampened our stay."

"My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a classical singer competition. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were fantastic. It's literally attached to the Prudential Center, so easy shopping is a short elevator ride to the lobby. The weather was dreadful while we were there, so being able to enter the Prudential Center without having to go outside was great. That means you can get to some decent food without having to brave the weather. The room was spacious enough and clean, and the temperature was easy to control. The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly quiet. I'd stay here again!"

"I moved to this hotel after a terrible experience at a hotel nearby. This place was just what I needed after that. So clean, everything was very accessible. The amenities were great. The rooms are small, but that’s to be expected downtown and I found the way they cleverly used space to be cozy and comfortable. The hotel reminded me a lot of hotels theoughout Europe. I would come back for sure."

"I hesitated to give a poor score because the gentleman at check-in was so nice and helpful, as was the valet. They deserve a lot of praise. Unfortunately my experience was jaded by the rude woman who worked the front desk early in the morning. She was so awful she had me in tears, so I decided to find another hotel. I checked out early and found a place up the road. Really a shame because it overshadowed the good work of other staff."
