"We love staying at the Sheraton when we come to Boston - we had a newly renovated room which was beautiful. The pool was the perfect place for the kids to unwind and get some energy out. Love the convenience of having it connected to the prudential center shopping which made it easy as there were options to eat and places to shop!
We will be returning in the fall!! "
"The hotel it self was great. The room was just the right size and the amenities including the ipad control was a nice touch. Our view was amazing but we did pay for the premium view (Mass Ave reccomended).
There was an issue on the second night of our stay where the ipad stopped operating our television, and the provoded remote also didn't work. The phone app worked okay but its one bummer about tying evetrything into the ipad is when is when it breaks, it kind of bricks the whole room.
Food and drinks were a little pricey but for the area it seemed only marginally marked up for convenience.
That said the location can't be beat if you're in town for a Red Sox game or museum going!"
"Pros: the staff were great, always so helpful. FREE bottled water and a variety of snacks in room, plus iced tea, lemonade, and popcorn in the lobby. Housekeeping was excellent. I stayed several days and my room was immaculate each afternoon when I returned from sightseeing. One cute touch - they change the rugs in the elevator by time of day- good morning/afternoon/evening.
Cons: the carpets/furnishings have seen better days. Some look worn/stained. The bed was too soft for my liking, but might work for others.
Overall, I would definitely stay there again. It may not be the prettiest, but everything else is top notch!"
