Good selection on the menu, including vegetarian and vegan. The food was very good.
Unfortunately the accommodation is extremely tired and is in desperate need of updating / painting. I have been generous with 3 stars as we ate in the restaurant both in the evening and morning.

I may have been lucky with my room but everything worked OK and it was in a quiet location which I really liked. The bar was fine, evening meal good and breakfast too. For what I paid I would say it was good value and very rare that I visit a hotel without a problem so thank you to the staff at the Dog House!"
