"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?
Staff did call us morning of checkout to...

"The property was very nice. I loved the guest room that I had for my stay. I was upgraded to a suite at check in. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and had a good variety of foods and drinks. All of the staff on property were friendly and helpful. "
"Staff, especially Earl and Melanie were super helpful and accommodating. Room was immaculate and huge for the price in that area. 10/10 Would recommend."
"Can't think of anything that wasn't great. Not inexpensive but it is Aspen. Spotless, comfortable, friendly staff, great coffee in Felix, perfect location. "
