The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They picked us up and delivered us back to the airport upon arrival and departure. They remember our names at the restaurant. Staff was very helpful.

Wonderful hotel in Aspen
The Little Nell is a delightful hotel with all the comforts of home. From the minute you arrive at the airport, the service is attentive. Transportation to and from the airport as well as anywhere in town was so convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The snack bar was refilled each day and there were nice touches such as water placed beside the bed each night. Our only complaint would be the lack of service around the pool area. We asked the waitress for water several all times and she never returned.
