"Listing states it sleeps 8. There are enough beds for 6. When we contacted host, she explained that the king bed in the master sleeps 3 and the couch in the LR (which was not a pullout) slept one. This is awkward at best for 4 couples. There were no sets of 8 of anything in the kitchen-5 dinner plates, 4-5 small bread plates, 4 tumblers, and 4 wine glasses. I would not recommend booking for a group. As mentioned in other reviews, the neighborhood is…under redevelopment…which didn’t bother us once we saw how the house was set up. There is a one car garage to pull into—but again, if you have more then one car in your group, this might not be the place for you to book. "
