"Front desk had an insane attitude , when we asked for a safe she said there isn’t one safe in the whole hotel, when we asked if we could upgrade she said no you can get another room exactly the same price and condition as your current room. We asked if she was sure ask there were better rooms and were willing to pay she said trust me I work here I know more than you. She yelled at hung up on Expedia customer support twice. We had no safe, no cleanliness , the pipes in the toilet ran the entire night. THIS IS NO WAY A FOUR STAR HOTEL, more like a motel or a 2 star hotel. Everything is so old in the room even the iron doesn’t work. The shower curtain was moldy as well. They are charging similar prices to what’s around which is straight robbery. Would not recommend if you are expecting a somewhat classy stay "

"I realized that I forgot my toothbrush and asked for one at the front desk they only had a vending machine option to purchase one. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and comfortable"

"Property was moder, spacious, and well decorated. The host was very responsive and helpful - we discovered the coffee maker wasn’t working on our first morning, and he had a new one shipped to the door by that afternoon. My only reservation is that there is a train track just a couple blocks away, and we experienced multiple train horns in the middle of the night. If you’re a heavy sleeper this shouldn’t be an issue, but my wife is woken easily. We might have picked a different neighborhood if we had been aware of the proximity to the tracks. Still, it was very convenient to both Meow Wolf and Arnold Brewing, which we had on our list of places to go. "

"Overall we were pleased with our stay. It met our needs as a party of 7 (6 adults, one toddler) needing a place in close proximity to GRB. If you're looking for a spotless/pristine rental that is well-stocked, this isn’t the place for you. By no means was it dirty-dirty, but there was definitely room for improvement on the cleanliness (hair in the freezer, marks on the walls, dust on the baseboards, etc). The kitchen had no dish towels or hand towels, only one roll of paper towels and barely enough dishes for 6 guests without having to constantly do the dishes. There were no extra pillows or lines should we have chosen to use the couch bed or rollout couch and we couldn't find any extra towels. Minimal toiletpaper was provided for 6 adults for a 4-day stay. Like I said, it was a nice place overall with a good location for us. We'd stay here again, but I want my review to be accurate of the amenities provided. We are low-maintainence folks, but a few extras go a long way, especially for an extended stay."
