Check-in and in/out flow was offbeat, but the suite room was spacious, crisply clean, and beautifully decorated and appointed. Convenience to downtown activities and restaurants was awesome, the lobby was a great meeting and relaxation spot, and 24/7 Americanos were better than any morning buffet or snacks.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, cozy feel that made it feel more like a bnb-style home than a typical hotel room. The space was thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and the amenities (dishes, kitchen supplies etc) made it feel truly livable for a couple, even for a long visit. It’s clear the property management put care into every detail. The accommodations were convenient, welcoming, and made the entire experience stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice downtown location. Near a lot or attractions and dining options. Took the city bus to and from the airport it was only a dollar:) Used the Train and bus for most of my trip. A cheap and convenient option once I figured it out. Very nice hotel highly recommend it.

The hotel was convenient for walking to restaurants and the convention center. It was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The cafe breakfast was quite good. Espresso machine in the lobby is a very nice touch. One issue I had, perhaps just because of where my room was, was very loud clanging in the elevator shaft. I used ear plugs to sleep, so I could dampen the sound.

Wonderful A1 staff, building is nice, only complaint is it can be a bit noisy but that’s most places downtown Valet parking is biggest perk, cheaper than most places and very convenient

It’s a good place to stay. Staff was very friendly and nice! It was super clean and nice! Only thing was the valet parking that was extra but honestly expected since it is downtown. Overall super friendly and clean environment!

Location was perfect & walking distance of 10-15 mins to our destination & to get something to eat late night on Main street! Hotel check in was easy & room was cute & very comfortable & I felt very secure. Parking overnight in the deck was the only option at 22$ for overnight. The only complaint was there was evidence of an animal being in the bed & there was animal hair on the bathroom floor & on the wash rags. I usually bring my own towels/cloths but it was a 24 hour stay. Other than that 10/10 stay & will definitely be staying here again!

Comfortable, but overshadowed by service

Comfortable bed, large room, and the Wi-Fi and lounge area were solid for a business trip. Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. I’ll be cautious about booking here again unless management addresses this.

Okay visit – chaotic late check-in

Hotel is fine—clean, modern enough, good Wi-Fi and a decent lounge area. But our pre-communicated late arrival was mishandled, and Michael at the desk was rude and obstructive until Hotels.com intervened. One person’s attitude turned a simple check-in into a headache. Separate complaint submitted to management.

Good hotel – weak customer service

Nice property overall: spacious rooms, comfy beds, good lounge area and reliable Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, front desk Michael was extraordinarily rude during a late check-in and made a straightforward situation painful. One employee shouldn’t ruin an otherwise decent hotel, but he nearly did. I’ve sent a separate, detailed complaint to management and will think twice before staying here again.
