"I’ve stayed here for 3 days and the property is a mess I checked in went my room it had a musty odor to the room the ceiling was cracking in certain arras do to water damage the paint on the back if door peeling air conditioning has vent pieces missing the bathroom door looked like a dog chewed it paint peeling from that they had dispensers for all your bath needs instead of having travel size body wash or shampoo then I went to front desk 3 times requesting extra pillows and extra coffee which I never received I will not be staying here again and for my concerns I’ll be reaching out to Red Roof corporate "

"Hot tub was filthy but ac worked, bathroom was a wreck, the chair had layers of dust, walls were stained with white chemical deposits and the bed also had visible stains. I complained to the clerk at the front desk and he got upset and asked why did i wait 30 minutes to report this, to which i replied, i had to unload all of my stuff. He rufley told me to pack my stuff and follow him to the front for a refund that would take 3 business days. Curtly told me to leave the property because there is no loitering. "

"Elevator is semi broken cant get to the third floor and they placed us on the third floor. Last night of our stay a fight broke out i was in the lobby getting door dash walked to the elevator and a gentleman walked out screaming there was blood all over the elevator floor the guy said his young daughter was in the bathroom hideing scared because it sounded like gun shots going off in the room there was blood all over the second floor from what the guy said it was very scary i will never stay at that hotel again i do know that they shouldnt allow people to live there "

"The room was dirty. I have photos. The first room smelled like mold. Our late checkout was not honored, and there was not the breakfast as advertised"

"This place is immaculate, the room are updated, they provide the room essentials, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, towels. The staff was plseant"

"The property is a little run down. Their parking garage is a bit of a disaster. Spaces being taken up by old furniture. Our room looked good on the surface, but it had many bandaids if you looked close. The couch had a white stain on the cushion. The buffet breakfast did not have many choices and would not recommend. "

"The hotel is old and everything makes noise. I was woken up multiple times each of the 2 nights I slept there. You can hear right through the walls: baby crying, elevator, doors closing, plumbing (toilets flushing, sinks/showers), and the noise ousting is insane (music, cars, etc.) I will never stay here again because of this."
