Trying to be nice, and consider it mediocre. Have stayed at multiple sonestas, we will never stay here again. .
Rooms vary; ours was bad. Maybe- 2/3 the size of any photo.
Thick dust on multiple surfaces. Toilet noise after flushing—for ~10 seconds, it sounded like a vacuum cleaner (which isn’t awful until you need to pee at 2am). I complained—didn’t get better.
Elevators are insufficient; and one broke during the stay. And the security guy wouldn’t let the long line of people use the elevator to the roof bar. Housekeeping forgot to replace towels.
Pretty much nonexistent customer service. This is a (maybe) 3 star hotel posing as 4 stars.

I stayed here about a year ago before it switched owners and it was absolutely lovely. Not the same now. Despite a person sitting at the front desk, we needed to check ourselves in. Not welcoming or smooth. There were lockers before room check-in, but most were broken. Bathroom was dirty-shower was moldy. Floor dirty. Towels rough. Sink broken with a faucet that was not fully connected. Never heard of an extra fee for staying less than 7 days. Won’t stay again.
