"Great, simple hotel for a weekend in Milan. Luggage capacity was somewhat limited though."

"The staff was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel itself is in very poor condition. The rooms are old, outdated, and clearly lacking proper maintenance. We were charged an additional €80 to have a room where our 10-year-old son could sleep, which felt excessive and unfair given the condition of the room. On top of that, the room had no working air conditioning, and the issue was never resolved during our stay. The only solution offered was to move us to a much smaller room where we would not fit comfortably, and that room was even older and in worse condition. Another major issue was the very loud music coming from the 10th floor. We were staying on the 9th floor, and the noise could clearly be heard from our room, making it difficult to sleep. For the nightly rate charged, the hotel is absolutely not worth it. The value for money is very poor, and I would not recommend staying here."

"Everything was terrible from check in where we were sent to some horror film looking room up 3 flights of stairs to a desk manager who obviously sent us there after our original room was not available, and I could not understand the ineptitude, though I was always polite. The place smells and the hallway carpets are dirty and stained, there was even dog feces in the hallway The room bedsheets had curly pubic hair in them . The bathroom floor had dried urine around the toilet. The bathtub had dirt in it and was clogged It took 5 minutes for the water to drain This room was so dirty that we peeled off the top sheets and slot with our clothes on There is no way this is a 4 star hotel I"
