"10/10 stay! Clean, spacious suite rooms. Very kind, professional staff. Some rooms are pet-friendly, which I needed for this trip. Walkable to the downtown outdoor mall area which was great. Good continental breakfast. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again! "

"I would have rated this a 5 if it were just the two of us but our college aged son slept on the pull out couch and the mattress was truly terrible (felt every spring.) BTW, it is a single bed, not a double as described. Also to note, the sliding barn door to the bathroom leaves significant gaps through which you can see into the bathroom from certain angles (like when he was laying on the couch bed he could see right into the shower.) Definitely not recommending this room if sharing space. Otherwise it was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Bathroom was large and nice. The king bed was very comfortable. Fun staying right on the pedestrian mall. "

"Big Euro vibes. Make sure to read the room guide before checking in for a better experience. Someone put a lot of thought into it. The room was very easily accessible. Everything was pristine. Loved the beverage station. It had everything we needed. The team was available before, after, and the entire of our stay and had exceptional communication. I also have to add, I LOVED the pillows. The bed was perfectly cozy. Ice in the mini fridge if guests needed it. Now that I now they're here, I will consider no other options. Thank you for everything."
