"The floor was in our room was very dirty; we actually washed it ourselves because we don’t wear shoes in the room and it made our feet filthy. The elevator smells like body odor; it needs to be cleaned. Most of the staff are friendly but some of the front desk people are not customer service oriented; they are more interested in being on their phones or having personal conversations. The people cleaning the breakfast area do a great job; they keep the tables washed and everything is well organized for breakfast."

"DON'T STAY HERE!!! We booked this hotel for 2 nights as the photos looked very nice. But, when we arrived the area was ugly and looked run down and definitely not a place we would want to be outside at night. The pool was in a corner of the ugly parking lot and the water was brown and filled with dirt. We went inside, and there was no one there. No staff, no one. We could walk right in, enter areas of the hotel and no one was in sight. Definitely not safe! We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to go to another hotel. We tried to get a refund due to severe misrepresentation of the hotel, but they declined. I would absolutely recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from this hotel!!!"

"We really enjoyed staying at Spark Hilton for a night, the bed was so comfortable that we slept through breakfast! So we aren’t sure what they had but I guess you could draw your own conclusions since it was from Hilton. Also the property was clean and well maintained. "
