"I’ve stayed at Ocean a few times and it’s one of my favorite hotels. Overall I still had a great experience, but there were a few downsides during this stay. The room doors are very thin, so hallway conversations were extremely loud. The bathroom also really needed an exhaust fan because it became very humid after showers. The shower pressure was poor and the shower head sprayed water in different directions, making showers take much longer than they should. The sink also kept clogging despite only water going down the drain. It was also disappointing that the iron leaked dirty brown liquid all over my shirt while getting ready for my birthday dinner. A microwave and at least complimentary water in the room would’ve been appreciated, especially since the mini fridge was completely empty. Still enjoyed my stay overall, but these are definitely things worth noting for future guests."

"Very quick check in! Parking lot was across from the hotel and the parking garage was close. Parking rate was reasonable. Very short distance to Boardwalk Hall."

"The facility was very clean and looked great. There was a bunch of Memorabilia throughout the resort and casino. Great atmosphere. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and the food was fantastic. I got the Classic Smash Burger with Loaded Fries and my wife got the Legendary Smash with onion rings. Everything was great."

"Arrived on a Sunday evening at 7:45 PM, although no one was checking in, we had to wait several minutes for a front desk clerk to arrive. After our check in, we found all restaurants on site closed. The common areas smelt like old fryolator grease. The room itself was clean and nicely appointed. Beds were average in comfort."

"The building has no control the children are running through the halls all night, the parents wasn't no better. The Breakfast Buffet wasn't open like they say. And housekeeping keeping you ask them washcloth they look at as though they don't know what you talking about. The Bell Cap doesn't work during the week time, and you have to struggle to get your luggage to the room. There's no coffee in the rooms unless you get a Suite. "

"I paid for my room including breakfast but next morning they told us there was nobody at the bistro counter. The person at the reception was kind to give us coffee n bagel. If Mariott cant provide breakfast then they shouldn’t accept booking or charge extra for the breakfast . Room was fine, so lesson learned, dont ever book Mariott room with breakfast, they dont care. "

"One miffin doesn’t equal breakfast. Your false advertising of breakfast is a con. Paying slighlty more for less of a hole in the wall is better. Will never stay there again! Dirty dingy place!"

"Outside looks bad but room was good. Free, limited parking. Ask to staynin room 129 because that bed was supper comfortable and no one will need to walk past your room. Went for Philly Ditch Day!"
