"The hotel is beautiful but there were some negatives. The pool was not heated. The spa lacked a steam room. The restaurant food was not good at all (the most disappointing part). And they keep these large koi fish in an indoor pool area with no access to the sun. Koi need sun for their health. This to me was just pure animal cruelty. For that reason, they should be ashamed of themselves."

"I recently stayed at this here for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience. The home was clean, very quiet, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to rest during a busy trip. great location close to downtown, NRG, and just minutes from the Anderson Center where my family member is receiving treatment. Close to Lucille’s Restaurant were the food was great! Overall, this stay made a stressful time much easier. I truly appreciated the comfort and convenience,"

"The entire property was beautiful, the staff was amazing, the FOOD oh my goodness, it was incredible. I only wish the menu had just a bit more of a selection!! I would love to see what else they have to offer. I did notice some dusty areas of the room that look like they just often get overlooked, nothing out of control. I did find a long hair in the bath tub.. but, I know things happen!! Now, there was one thing I had actual issue with, and it was the shower. The rainfall shower head had absolutely no water pressure whatsoever, half of the holes in the shower head were clogged so water really only came out of one section. It was extremely disappointing!"

"This is how you run a business! The property is in very good condition. Everything was clean and spotless. The breakfast was modest, but everything you needed, really. The best part of this stay however, was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us with our needs and were extremely accommodating. The only downside is that the hotel is situated right next to the freeway, and it can be quite noisy during the day. However, at night the traffic calmed down and we had no problem sleeping through the night"
