"As usual, we had to immediately change rooms due to horrible stains on the bathroom area carpet. We were quickly given a room with no carpet. Breakfast had improved some since last stay. Boiled eggs over reconstituted/liquid eggs would be nice. Best to be ready for the big World Cup gathering."

"Hotel seemed busy, frequent used by guests travelling to/from airport. Easy access to the airport and parking and shuttle avaialble at a daily rate. Overall good but could tell the hotel has a hard life and lacks a little TLC compared to other BWplus hotels"

"What a bad experience. The place was a dump and the staff was like something out of a bad movie. We had a change in plans that forced us to find a hotel last minute during a busy big city weekend. Unfortunately this was the only option. Everything from foul smells, stained and dirty sheets, and a staff that seemed like they may be being trafficked. After one night we moved hotels and of course were refused a refund for the second night. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or even under a bridge if this is your only option."

"Parking lot was being sealed which made checking in a challenge. Charged a pet fee of $45 rather than the $25 that was the listed fee online when I made the reservation."
