"Quiet and clean for a one night stay."

"The person that checked me into the hotel was rude and condescending about parking. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were closed. The pillows on the bed were hard and way too thick. Only one regular coffee pod in the room and I had to move the coffee maker from where it was located to the bathroom because there were no unused electrical plug-in spots available. No real bar available. I rarely do negative reviews. However, this was my first and last visit to this hotel."

"Food selection in hotel was delicious. Bar had a good vibe. Staff was very friendly. Room was so cozy and had the best view of downtown. "

"They do not have an elevator at this location which made traveling with a baby a little difficult dragging luggage up the stairs with no assistance from staff. The air units had a funny smell in the rooms. Only enough shower supplies for 1 person. The breakfast options were very minimal/basic and no concessions."

"My stay was great. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The female manager on the other hand was rude and dismissive when I brought up my service animal and how she could not charge a pet fee due to having a service animal. She brought up that Missouri does not count support animals as service animals ands when I informed her that while that may be true, support animals are protected under Federal Law as service animals and she could not charge me a pet fee, she was dismissive of me and told me not to worry about the charges. After checked out and left I saw that she did in fact go ahead and charge me for a pet and more than she even stated at first. When I called to discuss this with her she was "never at the hotel" and when I requested her bosses information I was told that she said she is not allowed to give out her District Managers information and I could email her. I refuse to speak with the site manager any longer as she has been super rude during this whole experience and refuses to help me. I feel very targeted by this manager."

"Overall good stay. Very helpful staff and casino was nice (minus the smoking part), cafe was nice, gym was okay, but needed updating and mirrors added in front of treadmills so you knew who was coming in behind you. Rooms were spacious, needed a little more attention to cleaning, but overall not a bad stay."
