The location was convenient, and offered a fairly positive experience for a low budget price. The drawbacks of an inexpensive hotel were minimal, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The location of thia hotel was great, especially if you are going to a Chiefs game. The staff are extremely friendly. And that.....is it. The room was dirty, bed uncomfortable, the deadbolt wouldnt lock, the door had a gap so big I could fit a finger through it when closed. Parking was extremely limited. And for $120+ for 1 night, it was horrible.

They have completely remodeled the hotel. The beds are comfortable and it is located within walking distance of restaurants. In my opinion it was a great deal for what they charged.

This is by far the best all around experience I’ve had staying in the area. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The entire property is well maintained and very clean. I can’t honestly think of an area that deserves a less than excellent review. They have earned my business when I’m in town even if I have a longer commute.

Room was really clean and comfortable. Safe area near food ans stores. Blackout shade in room actually keeps sun out. Breakfast was good- eggs, biscuit/gravy, yogurt, muffins, bread, waffle maker, oatmeal packs, apples. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. I had no complaints. Except the door leading out the side needs more attention. I seemed to be warped or the hinges are. In order for the door to completely close all the way. You have to pull it in to make sure it's secured. Staff was very friendly and talkative

Loved my stay! Area was nice with a lot of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel had just been recently remodeled and was very nice. The only complaint I had was the shower head was too low and wasn’t designed for a tall person. Other than that really enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again.

Worth it

It was comfortable and clean inside the hotel and it’s in an excellent location! However, the parking lot is a disgrace! People throw their trash out everywhere! It’s definitely not a luxury hotel but definitely worth it as an economic booking.

Very comfortable, clean room with excellent WiFi, TV, and Keurig coffee maker. Broken front door entrance was a small nuisance, but unavailable breakfast was a disappointment. Excellent location with several restaurants within easy walking distance.

The property was in a great location for the reason of our trip. At the desk I was told it's a smoke free facility, no pets and no visitors. Last request was odd but the other two, great. We got to our room (no elevator available) and the moment we opened the door the smell hit you. Stale smoke and dampness, for being a smoke free hotel you would think that smell would be gone. When opening the fridge to place our drinks it wasn't cold but the freezer section was iced over with someone elses items still there. Large stains on the ceiling must be the source of the damp smell. We were exhausted and decided to stay. We will not be returning to this property.

Price was excellent but you get what you pay for. Not filthy or dangerous. A decent bed under a roof. Hot shower. Breakfast offered calories in the morning. Desk clerk allowed us to check in early. No service during our stay. No Kleenex, trash not emptied. I wanted an extra blanket but night clerk refused. Eventually came to our room with a nylon tarp thingy.

I think breakfast was supposed to be from 6am to 8 or 9am. At 7:45am there was no breakfast or coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was asleep on the couch behind the desk. Probably should have woken him, but decided he must be tired. Room was clean and nice.

The staff member who checked us in was great, and the lobby clean and smelled amazing. However, the toilet did not flush. Especially disappointing was that we reserved it because of the continental breakfast, the lobby was set up for it- but there was no breakfast. It had great potential, but overall disappointing.

The people were always looking at you in the parking lot , the framing to one of the doors was coming off, toilet was kinda crappy would clog or just not flush a lot. Room was clean and nice but just the experience was a little disappointing. The employee that cooks the breakfast in the mornings is a really good guy always met my needs when I asked for small inconveniences, he had no problem helping.

Finding a hotel during Graduation weekend that isn't $300 a night wasn't the easiest task, but I found a hidden gem! I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. When reading reviews, I saw people having trouble checking in, or having no food for breakfast, so I was a bit worried. When I came in I noticed a sign that said to call "0" for immediate assistance. Called it and within a minute a very nice man came out and helped check us in. He was very thorough in letting us know everything we needed to know. He even saw my 80 year old grandmother with us, and let us know it was only 7 steps up to get to our rooms. It was very kind of him to notice her and make sure we didn't have far to go since there didn't seem to be an elevator. The rooms were clean, and mattresses looked to be fairly new which was a nice surprise! The AC unit and the fridge were a bit loud through the night, but that's to be expected with an older building. In the morning we went downstairs to eat breakfast and had waffles, eggs, and biscuits. I will say if you go the last hour breakfast is served, it's likely going to be pretty picked over. We got packed up after breakfast and it was an easy check out with leaving our keys at the desk. My aunt did accidentally take a hanger from the room, and quickly noticed and went back to return it. The lady she handed it to looked rather confused, but it was the right thing to do. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!
