Everything was clean very nice place to stay. The restaurants and bars are very popular with the locals so you see a lot of foot traffic. Some ppl come for dinner and stay at the bar for a drink so it stays really lively . But no complaints. It’s a really classy place to stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Incredible Stay at Crossroads Hotel! My mom and I stayed at Crossroads Hotel during our first visit to Kansas City, and it was such a wonderful experience! The hotel has so much character and charm. We absolutely loved the beautiful historic architecture, stylish decor, and unique atmosphere. It felt like so much more than just a place to sleep. The location was also fantastic and made it easy for us to get out and explore everything Kansas City has to offer. We were in town for a very special mother-daughter getaway, including our first Chiefs game at Arrowhead, and Crossroads was the perfect home base for an unforgettable weekend. Kansas City completely stole our hearts, and Crossroads Hotel was a lovely part of that experience. We’d happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the city! Thank you for being part of a trip we’ll cherish forever! ❤️

This hotel is beautiful and inviting! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Anything we needed was provided for us promptly - new tv remote, ice, car from valet. Our double queen room was spacious and quiet. We will definitely be back!
