We called your hotel and a young man was at the desk but didn't know how to give instructions to your property. He said he lives in Johnson county and takes East Front Street to get there. I reminded him NOT to charge our credit card, but did it anyway. How would you feel?"

"The person that checked me into the hotel was rude and condescending about parking. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were closed. The pillows on the bed were hard and way too thick. Only one regular coffee pod in the room and I had to move the coffee maker from where it was located to the bathroom because there were no unused electrical plug-in spots available. No real bar available. I rarely do negative reviews. However, this was my first and last visit to this hotel."
