"We were looking for a relaxing weekend and this was the perfect place to do it. The sauna and hot tub were easy to use. There’s plenty of space for a large family. The kitchen was well equipped. I would definitely recommend it and will be booking again. "

"Overall this was a good stay, and the property was well maintained. My two minor complaints are: 1) The plastic kitchen trash receptacle was broken for the duration of my visit. This meant that each time I wanted to throw out trash, I had to lift the lid with my hand. 2) The sunroom was not usable due to lack of heating. There was what appeared to be a gas stove in there, but it wasn’t made available to guests."

"Heads up for anyone wanting to rent this place: We had our stay cancelled at the last second. This guest house is part of a larger property that is its own separate listing, but if someone rents the main property they can use the guest house too and you'd never know because VRBO will say it's still available. The host seemed apologetic though, and we did get a refund, but we had to go through VRBO to get it because he was not answering any phone calls or emails. The place looks nice, and I'm sure it would have been a good time, but if you're going to book this, double check that no one else is at the main property first."

"We had a great stay in Grand Beach! House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of space for kids and families to play, have fun, and enjoy meals together at the big dining table! When we had a question, the host responded right away. We were able to enjoy an outdoor bonfire in the fall weather and then the next day we enjoyed a gorgeous snow storm cozied up inside. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a great weekend! "Interior of the home was excellent, had everything we needed. Kitchen was well supplied, only problemI had was getting local tv channels on so we could watch a couple of football games. Exterior of home is in need of a power washing big time, hoses left out laying on sidewalk and yard, not a deal breaker but a trip hazard for our dog. Thank you for being pet friendly!!!Would book this home again in a second."

"This house was everything I wanted for a weekend away. The Grand beach community is very nice, quiet and clean. Beach access is easy. The yard was great for my dog and the fire pit was awesome. I would say the upstairs is better in person than in the pictures. The stairs are steep though. I highly recommend a stay in this house and the area."

"It was a great home base for a fun filled weekend at the Indiana Dunes. We enjoyed the upper deck for dinners and relaxing. The best part was the golf cart that we took to the private beach, perfect for watching the sun set."
