"Our stay was very nice unfortunately it was overshadowed by something so silly we were really surprised. There were 6 of us for 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom was provided whatever paper was left on the roll plus one more roll. By the 2nd day we had gone thru all the paper. We reached out to our contact, who was prompt to reply, and was informed that they don’t provide anymore and we would have to go buy some. Again on a scale of 1-10 of severity this is at the bottom of the scale. We were surprised for the price that is charged they were unwilling to provide us more paper. Other than that our stay was nice."

"Overall this was a good stay, and the property was well maintained. My two minor complaints are: 1) The plastic kitchen trash receptacle was broken for the duration of my visit. This meant that each time I wanted to throw out trash, I had to lift the lid with my hand. 2) The sunroom was not usable due to lack of heating. There was what appeared to be a gas stove in there, but it wasn’t made available to guests."

"Heads up for anyone wanting to rent this place: We had our stay cancelled at the last second. This guest house is part of a larger property that is its own separate listing, but if someone rents the main property they can use the guest house too and you'd never know because VRBO will say it's still available. The host seemed apologetic though, and we did get a refund, but we had to go through VRBO to get it because he was not answering any phone calls or emails. The place looks nice, and I'm sure it would have been a good time, but if you're going to book this, double check that no one else is at the main property first."

"This house was everything I wanted for a weekend away. The Grand beach community is very nice, quiet and clean. Beach access is easy. The yard was great for my dog and the fire pit was awesome. I would say the upstairs is better in person than in the pictures. The stairs are steep though. I highly recommend a stay in this house and the area."
