The staff was great and helped us out when we had an issue with our service animal.
We have book a spa room for the last 4 years. My birthday is in January and always cold. The staff is great. Restaurant on site for dinner and great breakfast bar. It’s a wonderful place visit in the summer but also well worth the off season stay.
I enjoyed that this was a unique hotel with each room having different decorative styles, extremely clean, large rooms. Having a restaurant on site with excellent food and bar was also a huge plus. The outdoor patio and bar on the lake added a great atmosphere. But the best and I think most important, was that everyone who worked there was genuinely concerned about our family’s comfort and they were extremely friendly, attentive, happy people who enjoy their job. I will definitely be back. It was so nice to be in a place that was not the same cookie cutter hotel with the same decor.
Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and nice. They are an updated bit classic look which makes it very unique and cozy. The jacuzzi tub is great. The balcony is roomy with a beautiful view. The on property restaurant is fantastic. We will definitely come back. So glad we found this place.
Such a great stay! Everyone is so nice and helpful; offering suggestions of restaurants, wineries, things to do in the area. We are bringing a group of friends back at the end of the month; loved our stay!
Very pleasant stay. Everything was quaint but clean. If the hotel would invest in new pillows, towels and bedding it would have made for a nicer stay, but what we had was sufficient and met the needs of our one night stay as we traveled to upstate Michigan.

The staff was very nice and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The room was large and clean. However, the floors above our room were squeaky and noisy, the breakfast was so-so and could use an upgrade to non-styrofoam cups and bowls, etc.
