"Jan was so nice and easy to work with with all my many questions. Fireplace was my favorite because we stayed during the snow apocalypse of 2026. We look forward to another visit during warmer weather to experience the yard. House stayed toasty even if the fireplace wasn't going. I do advise as someone who is a bit particular on cookware and if you're planning to cook most meals while staying it wouldn't hurt to bring just a few pots and pans. Not saying what they have wouldn't work for a couple's weekend. I'm a cast iron pan/skillet by preference so no offense intended. Regardless we loved the stay. "

"The space was great for our NYE family fun. Having an infant with us, the separate apartment worked out perfect. "

"Game room was amazing. Property was quiet and house was clean. Host is planning to fix some minor issues. Gathering spaces are comfortable but fireplace pilot wasn’t lit and we couldn’t figure it out. Host plans to fix this. Salt was available for walkways. "

"We had a great stay in Grand Beach! House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of space for kids and families to play, have fun, and enjoy meals together at the big dining table! When we had a question, the host responded right away. We were able to enjoy an outdoor bonfire in the fall weather and then the next day we enjoyed a gorgeous snow storm cozied up inside. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a great weekend!
