"While the rooms were clean and the staff was incredibly nice, our overall experience fell short of high expectations. We faced a major issue with room service when an order we placed because we were too tired to go out never arrived at all. This forced us to venture out, only to face a 45-to-60-minute wait at local restaurants that stretched into a painful 85 minutes with a crying baby. To make matters worse, the food order was wrong and the sodas were completely stale. On the positive side, the kids had a blast at the water park, the pool, and meeting the Nickelodeon characters. However, for the parents, it was a mediocre vacation with underwhelming food. The buffet was our only consistent dining option, and even that was just average."

I even met the pleasure to meet the woman who overseas the hotel and makes sure everything is up to par. There was so much to do as far as activities and the shows were great. The entertainment was awesome, especially my shanthy. I definitely will be coming back and I can’t wait. "
