The space
The residence has a spacious living room including a TV with Bose surround music system, allowing you to experience the comfort of home. You can relax and enjoy a movie with your favorite glass of wine. You have complete privacy as well as the 5-star amenities of W Hotel South Beach.
The bedroom has a king-size, the most comfortable bed. You will open your eyes to the best ocean view of Miami Beach. You can wake up to watch the magical sunrises from the balcony. Very charming balcony to enjoy your coffee with a view.

The bathroom offers 5-star hotel luxury and cleanliness. Also, there is an additional restroom for you or your guests

PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is a "RESIDENCE UNIT" which is located in the same building as W Hotel South Beach; however, some services such as room service, laundry and dry cleaning service, engineering, daily housekeeping are not available. The on-premises restaurants are able to prepare meals that can be picked up by the guest. The residence doesn't have any laundry machines, but you can download the app called Hamperapp for your laundry.

Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. As we need to get the residence ready for the next guest, there will be a $100 fee late check-out after 11 am for each hour. No check-outs are allowed after 12pm, there would be an additional $500 penalty in that case.

The Valet Parking is $44 per car overnight. The location is at the heart of Miami Beach, close to everywhere. Uber and Lyft are commonly being used and have easy access to the hotel.

IMPORTANT: For check-in, W Hotel Residences requires CREDIT CARD information for the incidentals. One of the guests MUST BE 21 or older to check in. Otherwise please mention it before your arrival so I can meet you in person and check you in.

Some essentials such as towels, bedsheets, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and pillows are provided. Other things such as paper towels, body wash, detergent etc.. are not provided and the guests are welcome to bring their own.
