The Nayalet Condo! Modern style 3BR/2BA

  • The Nayalet is a 3BR/2BA modern condo with a spectacular view and walking distance of the Sunny Isles Beach and Ocean. The condo is situated in a luxurious area in Sunny Isles Beach close to Aventura and Surfside. The Nayalet offers a great stay with 4 beds in total, 2 King sized and 2 Full sized to accommodate a number of guests. It also offers amenities like free valet parking, gym access, 24 hour security, and a wonderful outdoor pool on the terrace.

    Please note there is a $120 lobby registration fee upon check in paid directly to the building! (This is now included in the total as of 1/1/24)

    if you stay 3 days or less, the building will also charge a $100 refundable security deposit.
