Wonderful views, clean, easy access, location was one block from beach and close to Miami and Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Would book again!

The location was good for me. It was where I needed to be. The apartment was clean and basic. The view was very nice (Penthouse apt.). Apt. came with many kitchen appliances you may need. The shower had a massage hose. My only 2 recommendations are 1) the apt. a/c filter needs to be changed so the unit works more efficiently (in case it gets too hot - N. Miami wasn't hot this time of year so it wasn't a big deal)- & 2) they could do a better job aesthetically with the master bedroom a/c window installation - master bedroom has its own a/c unit and works perfectly. I would stay here again for sure. Cute cozy apartment well located and with good amenities like pool and tennis court washing (machine and dryer located on floor) - plenty of elevators so you're not waiting long to go up and down - Friendly neighbors - parking -
