Nicely maintained unit in a great area. Lots of restaurants, nearby,never waited longer than three minutes for an Uber, management, very responsive, just a text away.
Great property with excellent amenities. Fantastic location and the hosts were very responsive. Clean and well taken care of unit. Would definitely go back. Was even able to watch a few manatees from the deck!
Great location, needs some attention to details and furniture
The location is fantastic with great access to restaurants, parks and things to do. Views can't be beat! The apartment is a bit tired and needs some fixes, a better bed (really should be a nice mattress at this price) and some general fixes - sink drains, dishwasher mount, w/d quirky, dining room light, more comfortable sofa, etc. The check in process worked well and we were well cared for but hard to escape the building being under construction and the apartment being dated.
We stayed in this apartment for 1 week in December. It is centrally located with many nice restaurants within walking distance. Whole Foods is also within distance which was very convenient. The apartment is beautiful with wonderful views. It was very clean and the checkin process was very easy. We were met at the door by one of the property managers and they were with us as we checked in and gave us a quick introduction to the building.
Being on the 41st floor with stunning water views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, or the Atlantic Ocean from every window was truly a breathtaking experience. The 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony was immaculate, and the ease of the check-in process with a friendly lady at the front desk was greatly appreciated. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and having it easily accessible on the wall was a nice touch. With numerous restaurants, shopping options, and parks within walking distance, the location on Brickell Ave was unbeatable. The cleanliness of the building and the inviting lobby fragrance added to the overall positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and look forward to returning. Thank you!
I had a great experience! Property was exactly as listed and hosts were very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was staffed with almost anything you would need. I will definitely stay here again.
Excellent location!The condo is spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The views are great, and the pool and spa are truly amazing.That said, there were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues. The dishwasher door was broken, and the sofa had a very unpleasant smell . The cleaning could be more thorough—the laundry area and range hood were not clean, and the right sink in the master bathroom was clogged. Also, be aware that the building is quite busy.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The View is Amazing
This apartment has it all: great view, beautiful furnishings, a spa! You will be in the lap of luxury here. It looks exactly like the pictures, no surprises. The location is excellent also. Laura, who checked us in and out, was very helpful.

Really great stay!
I knew Miami Vacation Rentals as I stayed in one of their properties before. I reserved this apartment for some of our company mates traveling for work and they liked it very much too. They asked for the contact to reserve for their family vacations one of their properties in this same building.
Cleanliness, decoration, views, service, quick responses, everything goes smooth with this company. I will keep them in our files for next business and family travels.

Fantastic apartment overlooking Biscayne Bay!
We so enjoyed our recent stay at this apartment. It's bright and lovely, just like the pictures! The views are gorgeous as you can see many yachts and cruise ships.
Definitely purchase the parking pass as the W valet is extremely busy. The parking pass was easy to use and quite convenient. There are also restaurants and Whole Foods in walking distance.
We would stay here again and recommend to others.
This is positioned as you are renting from a host. Instead, you are renting from a very poorly organized property management company. We did everything we were told to do for a smooth check-in process, but when we arrived to check-in the front desk security of the condo building had no record of our stay. No one from the property management company was available to take my call for 30 minutes. Then there was a lot of confusing back and forth. Between the condo security, the property management company, and some guy who showed up in person and finally made everything OK. It took us 90 minutes to check -in, which made us late to our dinner. Moreover, the unit is tired and the condo building in general was a very weird vibe; all the units felt like they were very short term rentals with sketchy guests. The pool was under construction and the fitness area was about a mile walk. The elevators didn’t work for several hours on one day. The place is a great location, with great views, but those are the only positive things I can say. The rest was very poor.

The BEST place to stay while in Miami. The hosts, condo, pool, and location were perfect.
We were a family of four (a couple with two college-age sons) visiting Miami for the holidays. The hosts, Natalie and Silvia, were very responsive and gracious. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The pictures on this website match the condo exactly- the only difference is that the Miami Bay and River views are much more vivid and colorful in person. The pool is stunning. This home is shiny clean and large enough to accommodate 4-5 people comfortably. There is a kitchen w a full-size fridge, a coffee maker, a washer and dryer, towels, and linens. You are within walking distance to Whole Foods and other shops and a 5-minute drive to South Beach - better yet, take the water taxi! I give the hosts, home, and location 5+ stars.
We look forward to re-visiting one day soon.
We found this condo to be every bit as impressive in person as it was in the pictures. Super clean and comfortable, it really added to our overall enjoyment of our Miami trip. There was a really nice bottle of Chardonnay in our fridge along with some waters upon our arrival, which I thought was a particularly thoughtful touch! The couple of times we had issues with our toilets (apparently not an uncommon problem in high-rises), someone came the same day, and they were back in working order by the time we got back from our excursions. The condo is really close to Whole Foods and within a reasonable walking distance to Publix as well. It's also a reasonable walk to Mary Brickell Village, The Brickell City Centre, and Brickell Key. To make your life easier, I suggest telling your Lyft, Uber, or cab driver that you are going to "the W." Otherwise, if you give them street address, they may drop you off in the parking garage (which, you may have guessed, happened to us). And, know that you're looking for the last entrance in the front of the building. We spent some time in the hotel lobby when we were checking in because we weren't clear on that. Anyway, my only other very minor gripe would be that the kitchen isn't really equipped for people who like to cook. But, for most people, that probably won't be an issue. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for its convenience, comfort, cleanliness, service and style.

Extremely Disappointed
First I would like to say that the Site Managers were very polite, professional and responsive. Our issues were as follows:
- Upon check-in, none of the cable boxes worked. Maintenance had to switch them around and make adjustments which lasted a half hour. Not all remotes were covered with plastic which means they were not cleaned properly.
- The floors were not totally clean - hair here and there, especially in bathroom corners which means the mopping / vacuuming was not at all thorough.
- The rug under the master bedroom bed was filthy and worn.
- Sheets on one of the twin beds were stained. Housekeeping had to come and strip, wash and re-do the bed.
- Kitchen faucet was broken (reported, but not fixed). Water barely leaked out unless you held down a button that was also broken.
- Kitchen counter was not clean upon arrival, or if they did clean it, it was only done with water, not any real cleanser.
- No chair by desk in 2nd bedroom.
- The morning of our check-out, I had to kill four ants on the floor within 20 minutes, and since we did not eat in the room other than coffee and fruit, it was not due to crumbs.
For the price, we should have stayed at the W where they need to adhere to much higher standards. Very disappointing as we were in Miami to celebrate the wedding of our son and wanted everything perfect.
The condo was clean and just as pictured! We were able to walk to restaurants and Whole Foods in minutes. The view was awesome. We would definitely stay at this condo again!
Our family stayed at this beautiful apartment for 3 days while we visited Miami. It was exactly as stated in the listing. We used most of the amenities available and they were all great. As this was our first visit to Miami we were not familiar with the neighborhoods and it turned out this apartment was a short Uber ride to all of the places we wanted to visit. If there was one negative about this apartment it would be that the kitchen wasn’t very well appointed. Wasn’t a big deal for us on this stay because we didn’t intend to cook here but if we had it would have been frustrating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Miami.
I loved this corner unit. Felt bigger then it was because of the views. The only thing was when they say they don’t provide condiments they really don’t, nothing was in the kitchen to cook with no salt, Pam spray, nothing, which was fine just had to work around it. Would book this place again
overall very nice experience. Beds could have been more comfortable. For expensive at it was I would expect a little more plush bedding and mattresses.
Condo was as advertised. Checkin was easy. Condo was clean and has a great view. Building is walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Publix was walkable but an Uber back with groceries.
We hope to be back next year.
